Every source answers in the same format, but not every exchange shares the same data. This is what each one offers, read from the API itself.

A dash means the exchange does not publish that data. Where a trader hides theirs, the API says so with hidden: true rather than an empty list.
The free tier is 10,000 requests a month. That is enough to build a whole integration and test it against live data before you pay anything.
